Our items are extensively checked and inspected for quality. But of course it can always happen that something goes wrong with your purchase, that's annoying but we are going to help you get the item repaired as soon as possible or fix it for you.

Warranties on our branded products are always carried out by the supplier. Offered warranties do not affect the legal rights for consumers regarding warranty and conformity. The manufacturer's warranty does not limit the legal warranty and applies only as an extra service.

The warranty period of an article is always mentioned in the product description. The following parts are not eligible for warranty repair, please keep this in mind;

  • Battery (warranty up to 12 months after purchase)
  • Glass breakage
  • Crown / Screw
  • Watchband
  • Discoloration (warranty up to 3 months after purchase)
  • Wear and tear
  • Broken chain or bracelet
  • Dropped gemstones
  • Loss or theft

The article's warranty is void if:

The article itself is opened or by third parties
In case of improper use
In case of water damage (waterproof watches are excluded)
When you replace a battery of a watch yourself it can no longer be waterproof. We therefore strongly advise you not to repair your watch yourself.

On the products of Jewelz the legal warranty applies. This means that the product meets the requirements that you may reasonably expect and may not contain defects that are not to be expected during its expected life span under normal use. If a defect nevertheless occurs, Jewelz will repair the defect free of charge or - at the discretion of Jewelz - provide you with a replacement product free of charge. The condition for this is that the defect is not your fault and that you send Jewelz a readable copy of the receipt. In addition, you must notify Jewelz promptly after discovering the defect. If you do not wait longer than 2 months, Jewelz has the right to reject your complaint and you have no right to repair of the defect, replacement of the product or cost reimbursement.
