We hope of course that you are happy with your purchase! If you have bought an item from our webshop, for whatever reason, you do not wish to purchase, you have the right within 30 days after receipt, without giving any reason, to cancel the purchase and return the product to Jewelz. Any costs for this return are for your own account.

We fully understand that sometimes you want to order a few more items because you're not sure if an item is going to be to your liking. But also think about durability! Do not order items in (all) different sizes to compare them at home, but check our size charts and the description of a product to avoid disappointment. Still in doubt? Then contact us. We will be happy to advise you and avoid disappointment. You do not have to pay return costs and we make every effort to keep online shopping as sustainable as possible.
Did you buy something that does not fit or fit after all? Then it seems obvious to return your items. But there are other options, too! Maybe you bought the perfect gift for an upcoming birthday. Or maybe a friend is super interested in your item(s). So consider these options as well!
STILL WANT TO MAKE A RETURN?
You can easily return or exchange your ordered item(s) for another item. When you return an item and ask to dissolve the agreement you will always receive the refund no later than 10 working days. If you return your order in its entirety, the refund amount consists of the full purchase price and any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase.
Costs of a return will only be refunded if an incorrect item has been delivered, the item is damaged or contains a manufacturing defect.
Would you like to exchange an item for a different one? Please first contact us by telephone. We will be happy to discuss the possibilities with you.
We kindly ask you to treat our items with care. The following items may not qualify for a full refund, please take this into account if reasonably possible;
- Worn items. (Trying on articles is of course no problem).
- Items that are no longer in their original packaging (sealed or unsealed).
- Damaged or used articles.
- Articles with a strong smell of smoke or food.
- Personalized items.
- Watch straps must not be shortened.
- Items made as a special request / on demand.
- If the item contains a brand or Jewelz label, these must remain attached to the original item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, we ask you to complete our return form, which is enclosed with your order, and enclose it with your return. In this way you inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract and we can process your return correctly. You can download and print the withdrawal form from our website here. To meet the withdrawal deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you do not wish to use our return form, you may also use the European model withdrawal form which you can find here.
CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will refund you using the same means of payment with which you made the original transaction. We may delay repayment until we have received the goods back and have inspected them.
You shall return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. You are in time if you return the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you. You are only liable for the reduction in value of the goods resulting from the use of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Is an incorrect item delivered or does the item contain a manufacturing defect upon delivery? Then of course the return costs are for us.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
Would you like to return your item(s) quickly and easily? Then we recommend you to follow the steps below. So we can process your return as quickly as possible.
- Read the conditions for returning an item on this page.
- Fill in the return form
- Put the item + purchase receipt + completed return form in a box suitable for postal delivery. Make sure the article cannot be damaged and carefully close the box.
- Send the package back to Jewelz Webshop.
You can also drop off your return at one of our stores free of charge. - Upon receipt we handle your return and you will receive a confirmation email.
HOW IS MY RETURN HANDLED?
- You send the package back to Jewelz.
- The courier of your choice delivers the package to us.
- Upon receipt we will perform an inspection on the returned item.
- After approval we will transfer the refund amount to you and you will receive a confirmation of your return by email.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
At jewelzshop.com it is also possible to exchange an item for a different one. If an item needs to be exchanged for another size or model, please indicate this on the return form. If there are any additional costs involved we will send you a payment link to pay for it. If the new item is cheaper, part of the costs will be refunded.
Of course it is also possible to return your order and order the item again via our webshop. Because you do not have to wait for the processing of your return, this can be faster and more convenient if you are in a hurry.
Note: Personalized orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE PAID AMOUNT BACK?
The purchase amount will be refunded within 10 working days. We will refund you with the same payment method you used for the original transaction. Depending on your bank, the processing may take two to five working days. If you have chosen to pay by digital giro with AfterPay, the refund amount will be deducted from the original invoice amount.
CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY JEWELZSHOP.COM ORDER IN A JEWELZ STORE?
Yes, you can. You can return or exchange your online purchases at one of our stores. You do not pay any return costs. Do not forget to bring your receipt and fill out a return form! Are you returning a purchase that you have made in one of our stores? You can do so within 7 days after purchase. You will receive a credit note for the relevant store. We do not give you money back.
