If you have placed your order with us before 4:00 PM, your package will be shipped the same day. And if the amount of your order is above € 75, then we will ship it for free in The Netherlands!

WHAT COURIER WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED WITH?

We use PostNL's courier service for all our orders. 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IN A JEWELZ STORE?

You are living near our store? Great! You can choose to pick up your online order yourself in one of our stores. The delivery time for this option is on working days on average 2 hours (if item is in stock).

Method: In the ordering process, choose the option 'pick up at a Jewelz'. You will be notified by e-mail when your order is ready. Note: when you pick up your order, you must be able to present your order mail and a valid ID (passport, ID card or driver's license).

CAN I STILL CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation, it is possible to change the delivery address of your order before 3 p.m. Please contact our customer service by e-mail or telephone.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

The shipping costs and delivery time per country are indicated in the column below.

* We cannot exclude delay of delivery at PostNL. Orders shipped to Belgium are mostly delivered the next day. If an order does not arrive, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation with our courier PostNL. For the most up-to-date information about the delivery status of your international package, we refer you to this website at PostNL.

** Import duties and taxes: All prices include 21% VAT. Shipping outside the EU will expire the Dutch VAT. This means, that If you live outside of the EU, it is possible that your order is subject to local VAT and / or (import) taxes. Unfortunately, these costs are for your own account. Due to complicated regulations and unknown tariffs, we are unable to calculate these additional costs, and, as a consequence, charge you for them in advance. When an order is not accepted, additional shipping costs, import duties and return costs are also for your own account.
